We are looking for enthusiastic people who are passionate about social and environmental justice and who really want to be a part of a global change festival anchored in local communities – this will be YOUR festival and, if you’re up for it, we want to involve you as much as possible in the design and running of it (hence why we’re inviting you to get started so early!).

Whether you are passionate about social movements, keen to (re-)connect with your community through film events and conversations, interested in festival and event management or just looking for a new experience, our volunteering opportunities have something for you! Our Festival Volunteer role is spread over two time periods, during the festival itself, and over the summer, with plenty of opportunities to get involved with film programming, event design, marketing and event delivery.
