Our 2019 Festival in Edinburgh & Glasgow has drawn to a close and what a festival it’s been! Over the last 12 days we have welcomed over 3,500 engaged audience members to our events and screenings, and hosted many insightful conversations exploring our connections – individual and collective – to some of the most urgent issues affecting our planet and its inhabitants.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the filmmakers, guests, volunteers, partners and venues whose support made the festival possible. And our audiences, for your trust, your enthusiasm and your encouragements. We look forward to staying in touch with you over the coming months, through our monthly e-news (please do sign up for it if you haven’t already done so) and our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
In the meantime, if you have felt inspired by the screenings you’ve attended and conversations you have been part of, please find below some suggestions for next steps and opportunities for action.
