With the unparalleled threat of an unpredictable climate, we need to see a dramatic change in our methods of food production and distribution both locally and globally. How do we produce food in a way that makes a positive contribution to both the health of communities and the natural environment? How do we re-connect with our food systems? How do we give more space and support to local agro-ecology and the already growing network of small-scale farmers, producers and community growers?
