Our fun and ever-popular short film screenings encompass the best new short films from around the world – spotlighting  issues of power, conflict, gender equality, migration, education and the environment, with a strong focus on the rights of the child.
A unique mix of animation, fiction and documentary for ages 9+.

Presented as part of the Take One Action Inverness Film Festival (18-20 November)

Max 35 pupils per school. To book, please email exact numbers, along with the school’s name and full contact details for one of the teachers attending, to education@cmi-scotland.co.uk

Teachers attending the event can (if they wish to do so) access the films in advance – please email your request to tamara@takeoneaction.org.uk.

Each short film will be introduced and discussed with the children. The programme is articulated around the rights of the child and provides ample opportunities for children to reflect on and express their understanding of their rights.
