Linking with our screening of The War Show, this one-off food and activist event looks to celebrate and share Syrian hospitality, cuisine and culture in Scotland.

We invite you to join us around the kitchen table for an evening of  tastes, conversation and solidarity, to remember the on-going humanitarian crisis in Syria.  This event will be cooked up for you by Saffanna, a Syrian chef living in Glasgow.

This event is brought to you by social venture Küche – ‘A Multicultural Kitchen For All.’ Küche use a socially engaged food practice to create food-led events in collaboration with multi-cultural chefs. Their mission is to promote integration, overcome social isolation and celebrate marginalised cuisines.
