The Last Ice: Live Q&A

All Equal? Shared Planet

19 September 2020 | 8:30pm - 9:15pm

Closed Captions

The Last Ice is a visually stunning portrait of two Inuit youth grappling with their future as their communities face the challenges of (neo)colonialism and climate change.

Join us live at 20:30 on Saturday 19th September for a call-to-action conversation with guests including Maatalii Okalik (one of the film’s protagonists) and Gloria Isabel Garcia Parra from Oxfam GB on challenging climate racism and colonialism, and raising indigenous voices to re-define their future on their own terms.

All our Q&As are free to attend, though pre-registration is required.

This Q&A will have live captions for D/deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences. Please contact access@takeoneaction.org.uk with any questions about access for this event.
