Maja, a six year old Serbian girl, is dropped off at the kindergarten by her father. They have only been in Denmark for a short period of time. Everything is new, especially the language, which makes it difficult for Maja to interact with the other kids. Her words and her intentions are often misunderstood. As her parents come to pick her up at the end of a long day, her motivations become clearer.
