Social venture Küche uses a socially engaged food practice to create food-led events in collaboration with multi-cultural chefs. Its mission is to promote integration, overcome social isolation and celebrate marginalised cuisines.
All their events have been designed to celebrate minority cuisines, tell collective and individual stories, provoke discussion on a variety of social issues and experiment with food products, recipes and tastes while creating sustainable outcomes for refugee and other multicultural cooks.
