Take One Action exists to make social, global and environmental change more accessible to thousands of ordinary people in Scotland each year.

We rely on support from individuals who share our vision to keep it going.  From just £5 a month (or more if you can afford it), you can help us go further. You remain in charge and can easily modify the amount or cancel at any time.

SUPPORTER – £5 a month
Over the course of a year, your donation will enable us to offer 7 free tickets to our cinema screenings via our community ticket fund – helping us break down economic barriers to participation in our festivals and events.

Yearly Benefits:

  • a very fuzzy, warm, feel-good buzz every month
  • monthly Take One Action e-newsletter
  • a copy of our Festival programme in the post on the day it hits the streets
  • an invitation to attend our Festival opening screening (in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness or Aberdeen)

CHAMPION – £15 a month
Over 12 months, your donation will enable us to cover 2 screening licences for free community screenings (while ensuring that filmmakers get paid to keep telling the stories we need to share).

Yearly Benefits: all of the above plus

  • your very own Take One Action t-shirt

ACTION HERO – £50 a month
Your cumulated monthly donations will enable us to offer 3 free school screenings, or welcome a campaigner from outside the UK to some of our events to share, in person, their personal perspective.

Yearly Benefits: all of the above plus

  • your name in our Festival programme (with your permission)
  • two tickets for additional Take One Action events (tours, one-off screenings etc.)

Thank you for the really challenging documentaries, different perspectives and great panel discussions. As a result of coming I’ve met some good people and am inspired to keep campaigning.
